Situational Fees

  • Late Fee: 10% of Rent 
  • Early Lease Termination: Option 1: 60 day notice and 2 month’s base rent. Option 2: Pay rent until apartment is re-rented or lease end date (whichever occurs first)
  • Transfer Fee: 1 Month of Current Apartment’s Base Rent
  • NSF Fee: $40
  • Replacement Key Fob: $75
  • Replacement Garage Remote: $75
  • Renter’s Protection: $11.14/mo
  • Vacant Cost Recovery: $50
  • Lock Out Fee: $75

Utilities & Insurance

  • Electricity: TBD (paid directly to provider)
  • Water/Sewer: TBD paid along with rent
  • Liability Insurance: Varies based on provider
  • Valet Trash: $14/mo
  • Trash Service: $15.30/mo
